Her unique approach is informed by her deep connection to sacred energy centers around the world, including time spent living in Sedona, Arizona and learning from Aboriginal tribes in Uluru, Australia. Now based in Mount Shasta, California – considered the root chakra of the world – she brings this profound spiritual awareness to her work.

Shakti brings decades of experience in somatic healing, trauma release, and spiritual mentorship to this retreat. Having walked her own path from body disconnect to embodied wisdom, she understands the territory of this healing journey intimately. Her nurturing presence creates a field of safety where transformation can unfold naturally.
