Shelley Poovey is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Certified Peak Performance & Health Coach with over two decades of experience at the intersection of wellness, entrepreneurship, and human potential. She holds a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance from Pacific College of Health Sciences, where she serves as lead faculty and teaches Business Skills for Coaches, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Shelley's coaching philosophy is rooted in a whole-person, 360° approach to vitality. Rather than treating symptoms as problems to eliminate, she works with the body's inherent wisdom, exploring the deeper stories behind physical and emotional patterns to cultivate lasting, empowered well-being. Her method creates the optimal conditions for health to naturally emerge, transforming life's challenges into meaningful opportunities for growth.
Her signature work focuses on guiding conscious entrepreneurs and energy healing practitioners to align their professional ambitions with a sense of deeper purpose, drawing on subtle energy wisdom, neuroscience-backed practices, and two decades of experience as a healer and wellness leader. She is the creator of the Radiant Human Meditation and Biz Alchemy programs, both designed to unlock peak performance, flow states, and sustainable success.
