What's Included
All Lodging
We have built all single-occupancy lodging into the retreat. We will be staying at luxury accommodations at a private retreat house or hotel in Mount Shasta. Double occupancy will be available only by request. We will be staying in the city of Mount Shasta, central to all our adventures and the abundance of crystal and souvenir shops.
All Meals
Delicious, healthy meals are included to keep our spirit bodies light and refreshed while doing the energetic work on and around the subtle energy fields of Mount Shasta. We encourage people to bring their own snacks and reusable water bottle from the variety of grocery stores in the area (light snacks like granola bars, crackers, bananas, etc.). All group meals will be included.
Excursion Transportation
We handle taking the group to the various locations we'll be experiencing on this retreat. While we do not offer shuttle service to and from your airport of choice (we recommend Medford, Oregon, about 1.5 hours from Mount Shasta), we will help you coordinate your arrival and departure to and from the retreat.
What's Not Included
Airfare or Shuttle from Airport
We recommend guests fly into the Medford, Oregon airport, where they can either rent a car or take a shuttle to Mount Shasta. The shuttle is approximately $200 each way, so please compare this to renting a vehicle. The last day of the retreat, we will be near the Medford airport and guests can take a taxi or Uber back to the airport. We will help you coordinate your options or ride shares upon registration.
Shopping or Souvenirs
Mount Shasta is legendary for the plethora of crystal shops and souvenirs of the Mount Shasta energy phenomenons. Guests are encouraged to support the local economy and businesses that help make Mount Shasta thrive and bring that special piece of Mount Shasta with you. We will include a few breaks of free time so guests can rest and relax, or explore downtown on their own or as a group.
