Confidentiality and guest satisfaction is our utmost priority. During the retreat, photos may be taken of the group or during activities. As a general rule, by participating in our retreats, you consent to having your photo potentially published online for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your photo taken or used, please contact us right away to ensure we can oblige to this request as best as possible.

Your personal information will never be shared with any third party outside of our individual retreat facilitators. By registering for our retreats, you consent to receive communications from both your retreat facilitator and for announcements on upcoming retreats from Orion Retreats. We have a strict, no spam policy and private information will not be shared amongst guests. Guests are encouraged to connect with other guests amongst themselves.
