Delicious, healthy meals are included to keep our spirit bodies light and refreshed while doing the energetic work on and around the subtle energy vortices of Sedona. We encourage guests to bring their own snacks and reusable water bottles, and breakfast will be at the guest's leisure.

We handle taking the group to the various locations we'll be experiencing on this retreat. On our more far-out adventure days, we'll be renting adventure jeeps so we an take you off the beaten path to little-known sacred areas of Sedona.
