With over two decades immersed in the healing arts and psychospiritual training, Lauren brings depth and authenticity to her entrepreneurial vision. Deeply connected to sacred energy centers of the earth, she has lived and done her mission work in Sedona, Arizona, spent time with an Aboriginal tribe in Uluru, Australia, and currently resides in Mount Shasta, California—considered the root chakra of the world. This profound connection to sacred geography informs her approach to creating bespoke retreat experiences at powerful energetic points across the globe.

As an international, award-winning visionary multimedia artist, Lauren bridges the worlds of creativity and consciousness, guiding both artists and non-artists in accessing their innate creative genius and using art as a portal for healing and self-discovery. Nik Wood is a mentor and coach, helping clients to live their full yes life. As the Founder of Life Athletics, Nik sees himself as is a "Champion of Greatness" and stands for a vision of humanity where everyone sees their greatness daily.

Through his Life Athletics coaching program, Nik helps clients to actualize the potential that lies on the other side of the things they've been wanting to change, improve, alter, repair, heal, and fix; to live a life toward what he calls the "Horizon Life" and the "Horizon Self."
